Administrative law involves proceedings before local, state, and federal government agencies. Generally, such proceedings involve investigations, and subsequently, a hearing or trial. Thereafter, appeals of agency decisions are made to higher-level government agencies or to an appropriate Court.

Clients are represented before a variety of federal, state, and local government agencies, boards, commissions, and entities, concerning a diverse range of issues influencing a client's rights or interests. In addition, this office represents clients before state and federal, trial and appellate courts, in cases involving governmental actions.
